Third Bedroom

Perfect for children or 2 adults, this cosy room features two single beds and playful decor. The space is cosy, that overlooks the grape vine in the back garden.  A bedside table and storage making it functional for all guests.

Fourth Bedroom

This bright and airy space with two characteristics original windows, overlooking the front garden.

With one double bed and one single bed, perfect for children, family or friends. It also has a quaint walk-in wardrobe.

Fifth Bedroom

Sat in the bay window in comfort, overlooking the peaceful surroundings of the garden and the apple tree, this bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with bedside tables along with hanging space.

Next to the fifth bedroom there is a spacious family bathroom this includes separate shower to the bath, all equipped with modern features.

Sixth Bedroom

This characteristic bedroom is located on the ground floor, kept with its original features this bedroom has old fashioned black out shutters and a cosy log burner to set the ambience on a cold winters frost.

This beautiful room has a double bed and plenty of hanging space.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and a touch of history, ensuring a restful stay in our beautiful home.

We offer a strict NO candle policy throughout the house for fire safety reasons.

Sofa bed is on request only.

Only fires on the ground floor can be lit for safety purposes.

As you enter the ground floor of this charming Grade II listed manor farmhouse, you are greeted by a bright and inviting hallway layout that blends modern convenience with historical character.

Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen features a traditional AGA, only available to use November- February, ample counter space, and a charming larder space stocked with an array of board games, perfect for family gatherings and rainy days. The kitchen combines rustic charm with contemporary functionality, making it the heart of the home.

Lounge: Adjacent to the kitchen, the cosy lounge invites you to relax by the open fire, along with a large T.V.  This warm space is adorned with books, offering a perfect spot for reading and unwinding. A comfortable seating area complements the inviting atmosphere, creating a tranquil retreat.

Dining Room: The bright dining room boasts a large dining table and benches, ideal for hosting meals with family and friends. A log burner adds to the warmth and charm, ensuring a welcoming ambiance all year-round. Natural light floods the room, enhancing the sense of space and connection to the outdoor garden.

Boot Room: The practical outdoor boot room provides plenty of space for coats, boots, and outdoor gear, making it easy to transition from the countryside to the comfort of the home.

Laundry Room: Conveniently located at the back of the house the laundry room is equipped with modern appliances, ensuring that if guests need to have access to a washing machine, tumble-dryer, airer, iron and ironing – board making chores handled efficiently while maintaining the home's historic character.

Leading of the laundry room is a downstairs WC.

Outhouse: Located of the back of the house there is 3 leading through rooms a small gym if you are feeling active, then there is a games room vibrant yet elegant space, seamlessly blending modern entertainment with the charm of it Grade II listed surroundings. At the centre stands a polished grey pool table inviting friendly competition. On one side, a classic dartboard hangs on the wall offering a spot for casual matches.

The Grounds

The outside space beyond the big blue historic door is a large parking area behind the gate to the road. The rear of the property has 0.75 acers of beautiful countryside garden views with a grape vine over the veranda seating dining area to the apple tree.
